The Extech MO57 is a non-invasive pinless moisture meter designed to quickly and safely measure moisture content in wood and common building materials—such as drywall, plaster, concrete, tile, cardboard, and mortar—without damaging surfaces. With a measurement depth of up to 4 inches (100 mm), it features a smooth-gliding spherical sensor ideal for flat or uneven surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings. Visual moisture-level icons and an audible alert that increases in beep rate with rising moisture make it perfect for water damage assessment, restoration work, and building inspections.
