The Extech PRC30 is a high-precision, palm-sized multifunction process calibrator that sources and measures thermocouples (8 types), DC current (0–24 mA), DC voltage (0–20 V), and millivolt signals—all with ±0.01% accuracy for electrical parameters and ±0.05% for temperature. It includes a built-in 24V loop power supply for powering 2-wire transmitters during calibration, automatic zero adjustment, and five user-definable calibration presets. With a large backlit dot-matrix LCD, standard banana and mini-thermocouple inputs, and extended operation via 6 AA batteries or an included universal AC adapter, the PRC30 is ideal for field technicians, calibration labs, and process engineers performing sensor verification, transmitter testing, and control system diagnostics.
